Common questions
Do we need a single audit?
Generally, if your organization spends $1,000,000 or more in federal awards in a fiscal year beginning on or after October 1, 2024. Earlier years used a $750,000 threshold. Pass-through funds from a state agency can count. We'll help you determine whether you meet the threshold.
